These Regulations are an integral part of every sales contract concluded through the Online Store and are widely available on the store’s website: sklep.2befast.pl. The customer can save it on a computer or print it. The Regulations are available in such a way that enables the acquisition, reproduction and consolidation of the Regulations’ content by means of Communication and Information System used by the Customer.
The Online Store "2 Be Fast" sells goods only via Internet. The buyer can be a natural person (of legal age), a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality but having the capacity to perform legal acts.
General provisions:
- All products available in the Online Store are new, free from physical damages and legal defects, legally placed on the Polish market.
- The store does not provide the sold products with a separate warranty (some products can be covered by the manufacturer's warranty), as well as does not provide after-sales services.
Orders:
- Placing an order means completing the "order form" found on the store’s website and sending it to sklep.2befast.pl electronically.
- Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout the year. However, online store: sklep.2befast.pl reserves the right to limit the use of the store.
- The Customer placing an order is obliged to complete the "order form" fully and in accordance with the facts.
- After placing the order by the User, he will receive an automatic response from the store (sklep.2befast.pl) confirming the accepted order. The store also reserves the right to confirm the order by phone. No confirmation of the order means that theorder may not be accepted for fulfillment.
- The store reserves the right in any case to verify the order or to cancel it when there is reasonable doubt as to the authenticity of the order.
- The store reserves the right to withdraw from a contract of salewithin 14 days of its conclusion in such cases:
- if it was concluded during the malfunctioning of the information system of the store, in particular in the case of displaying incorrect prices or product descriptions on the website.
- if payment for the subject of the order has been made in advance – the company will refund the amount paid to the Customer within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of sending the statement of withdrawal from the contract.
Prices:
- All the prices of products displayed on the "2 Be Fast" internet shop website are Gross prices in PLN (all figures include VAT).
- The costs of shipping must be added to the given prices.
- The store reserves the right to change the prices of goods at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not apply to orders that have already been accepted.
- The store reserves the right to change the prices of products in proportion to the change in the value of PLN to EUR and GBP.
Order fulfillment
- The fulfillment of the order will begin on the next working day immediately following the day on which the order was placed. If it is necessary to verify the order, it will be forwarded to be fulfilled on the next working day immediately following the day on which it was verified.
- In any case of doubts, it is assumed that the sales contract was concluded at the moment of order fulfillment.
- If the ordered product is not available in the Warehouse or the Customer's order cannot be realized for other reasons, the store has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 30 (thirty) days from the date of its conclusion.
- The estimatedtime available for completing the order is given in the description of the product (is determined in working days). The delivery time given by the Courier company should be added to the time of order completion (usually from 2 to 4 working days, in rare cases up to 15 working days).
Payments:
- Payment for the ordered goods may take place in the following forms:

Privacy Policy
The User's personal data are protected in accordance with the Online Store Privacy Policy, which can be found in the "Privacy Policy" tab.
Shipments and returns
- Online store: sklep.2befast.pl charges a flat fee covering the cost of sending the parcel to the Customer. Details can be found on "Shipments and returns" page.
- In the case of orders consisting of several goods and to be delivered in one shipment, the delivery date will depend on the date of completing by the online store the last element of the order, unless the Parties decide otherwise.
- Under the law of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights, the Customer has the option of withdrawing from the sales contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the package. This is only possible if the product has no signs of use, is not damaged or dirty. An exception is the situation in which the subject of the order is a non-prefabricated item not in the basic store offer, manufactured according to the individual needs of the customer. Returns should be sent to the Justyna Biedrzycka company address with the note "return". Online store: sklep.2befast.pl will refund the product price and shipping costs, however the other transaction costs are not refundable. The User makes a refund at his own expense.
- In case of withdrawal from the sales contract, the Seller shall refund all payments received, including the costs of delivery, except for additional costs resulting from the delivery method chosen by the Buyer other than the cheapest usual delivery method offered by the Store. The payment will be returned no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the Seller was informed of the decision about the withdrawal from the contract. The refund will be made using the same payment methods that were used by the Buyer in the first transaction, unless the Buyer explicitly agrees to a different solution. In any case, the Buyer shall not bear any fees associated with the return. The Seller may withhold reimbursement until it has received the goods or proof of sending them back is provided, depending on which event occurs first.
- In case of any complaints, please contact Online Store: sklep.2befast.pl via e-mail or phone. When submitting a complaint, please provide the name and surname of the ordering party, order number, the invoice number (in the case of a VAT invoice) and describe the subject of the complaint.
- Online store may suspend the payment of a flat fee as part of the promotion by placing relevant information on the websites "sklep.2befast.pl".
Complaints
- If the purchased product is damaged, please send an e-mail with a description of the damage.

- To process your complaint, please send:
- the subject of the complaint - without mechanical damage and the effects of external factors resulting from improper operation, storage, usage etc.
- complaint submission with a detailed description of the malfunction - only the content of the claim form is subject to verification

- packaging with unique numerical markings
- The complaint handling period is 14 (fourteen) days. In justified cases, it can be extended, about which we inform you in a separate correspondence.
- If the complaint is accepted, you can request a refund of the amount paid or exchange the product to a completely new one. As for the exchange, the delivery time depends on the availability of the product in stock.
- If the complaint is not accepted, we expect payment to the account in the amount of
one-time cost of shipment by returning functional goods to the Customer.
In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Act on Consumer Rights shall apply.
